Tell us what happened

Include which edition you used (website, Chrome development package or iOS development package), your browser/device, the steps that led to the issue and what you expected. If you attach a screenshot, remove private project details and credentials first.

Do not send passwords, API keys, wallet seed phrases or account recovery codes. Email links open a draft in your email app; you choose whether to send it. See Privacy & your data for how Studio features handle information.

Find and keep your ideas

Use “Save on this device” to keep up to ten projects in the current browser profile or app. Reopen the same edition and origin to find those saves. Website, extension and native app storage are separate. Private browsing, clearing site data or removing an app/extension may remove local work.

Export a project JSON to keep the project fields and Advanced source together; import that JSON later as a new draft. HTML and CSS exports are front-end files rather than full hosted applications. Export and inspect your work before clearing local data. Native iOS exports still require verification on the final device build.

Oceans 100 cannot recover projects that were never sent here. To delete local saves, open Privacy & your data → Delete saved ideas on this device.

AI accounts and API requests

The ChatGPT path opens your own account with the provider. Review and copy the prepared prompt, send it there, then paste the supported Studio project JSON back. If copying is unavailable, use the displayed text to copy manually. Oceans 100 cannot verify or manage your ChatGPT login.

API chat on the website is a separate option with separate provider billing. Select a provider and model your account can access, enter your key and authorize the request. The key is cleared each time. No owner key pays for a failed or unauthorized request. For quota or billing issues, check your provider account before retrying; repeated requests may incur charges.

If imported results fail validation, ask the provider for the complete Studio JSON wrapper containing HTML and CSS strings. The preview supports HTML/CSS rather than executable scripts, third-party libraries or live payments. Review the result before exporting.

Website, Chrome and iPhone

The website can be used in a supported modern browser. On iPhone, Safari’s Share → Add to Home Screen creates a website shortcut or web app; it does not install an App Store release.

The Chrome development package loads through Chrome’s Extensions page using Developer mode and “Load unpacked.” It requires Chrome 116 or later. Pin its toolbar icon to open the side panel. If it does not open, reload the extension and check the Extensions page for errors.

The iOS package is unsigned Capacitor source. It needs a Mac, Xcode, owner-controlled signing and device testing before distribution. Neither development package is a published store app. App Store availability, biometric protection, cloud sync and native file-sharing support are not promised by these packages.

The listening room

Press Play to begin, adjust the volume or pause whenever you like. Radio mode alternates the original recording with procedural interludes; continuous harmonies are generated on your device. These features do not spend AI tokens. Browser autoplay rules, device sleep or interruptions may stop playback.

From concept to finished project

The Studio helps prepare a front-end concept and a clearer brief. Publishing a production app, connecting real accounts, payments, domains or backend services is separate work.
