What this notice covers

This notice describes the Oceans 100 Idea Studio website and its Chrome/iOS development packages. Packaged editions are not published store apps. Separate AI providers, your browser, email services and hosting infrastructure have their own policies.

This page itself has no scripts, tracking pixels, forms or analytics. Hosting infrastructure still handles the request to deliver it.

Your drafts and saved ideas

Your current draft and conversation begin in the open tab. “Save on this device” saves up to ten ideas in local storage, including project fields, selected features, Advanced settings and edited HTML/CSS. Theme preferences are also stored locally. Imported project files and pasted project JSON are processed locally.

Saved ideas are not automatically sent to Oceans 100, synced between devices, or encrypted by this application. Each website origin, extension profile and native app has its own storage. Browser or operating-system backup behavior is separate from the Studio; avoid saving sensitive material on shared devices.

In the Studio, open Privacy & your data → Delete saved ideas on this device to remove saved projects. Your current unsaved draft remains until you replace it or close the tab. Clearing site/app data also removes local preferences and saves. Exported files, copied text and information already sent to another service must be managed separately.

Using your own AI account

“Use my ChatGPT account” opens ChatGPT separately. You sign in with the provider and review, copy and paste your prompt yourself. Oceans 100 does not receive that password, login session or subscription allowance and cannot check which account you use.

Project source code is excluded from the copied prompt unless you choose to include Advanced HTML/CSS. Once you submit material to ChatGPT or another external service, that provider’s terms, retention rules and account settings apply. Copying a prompt alone does not submit an AI request.

Optional API chat on the website

API mode uses your own authorized API key and separate provider billing. After you explicitly authorize a request, the Studio sends the selected project context, recent messages, model and key through its HTTPS server to the selected provider: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or OpenRouter. There is no fallback to an Oceans 100 owner key.

The application clears the key input for each request and does not persist keys or conversations to a database, local storage or application logs. It holds request data in memory while processing it; JavaScript cannot guarantee cryptographic memory erasure. Infrastructure access logs and the provider’s retention practices still apply. Closing or canceling a request does not guarantee the provider has stopped processing it or reversed a charge.

The Chrome and iOS development packages direct API use to the web Studio; they do not include an API proxy or owner credentials. Managed Oceans 100 token billing is not active in this Studio.

Voice, clipboard, files and audio

Optional browser dictation starts only when you choose the dictate control and grant any browser permission. Your browser’s speech service may process speech remotely under its own policies. The Studio does not record or store microphone audio. Browser dictation is disabled in packaged editions; device keyboard dictation is controlled by your operating system.

Copy, import, download and share controls operate when you choose them. Exported files contain project content, so review them before sending or publishing. Native iOS file export and sharing still require device verification. The isolated HTML/CSS preview removes scripts and blocks external resources; exported source should be reviewed before opening outside the preview.

The listening room plays only after you press Play. The website loads its MP3 from this site; portable packages include the recording locally. Procedural harmonies are generated on your device. Playback does not require an AI account or record microphone input. The original beat is by Patrick Hall · @mixedbypat; full credits appear in the listening room.

Hosting, links and contacting us

The Studio contains no visitor analytics script, advertising tracker, account sign-in or payment collection. Hosting and network providers may process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the service. This notice does not promise that those providers keep no logs.

Email controls open your email application; nothing is sent until you send it. A message you send to Oceans 100 is processed through the email services involved and can be read to respond to your request. External links load the destination service when you follow them.

For questions about Studio data or a message you previously sent, contact dairston@icloud.com. Include enough context to identify your request, but do not send passwords, API keys, wallet seed phrases or other secrets. Oceans 100 cannot retrieve or delete a saved idea that exists only in your browser or app storage.
